Snow Day January 21, 2016

Yesterday, we took the day off from school and enjoyed the snow.  We made snow ice cream, Lydia built a teeny snowman, you all had a snowball fight, and we went sledding until our toes were frozen.

Snow Ice Cream Recipe:

8 cups of snow

1 cup of milk
1 tsp of vanilla
1/3 cup of sugar
A pinch of salt
Any toppings you have on hand

Mix all ingredients together (minus snow).  Pour mixed ingredients over snow and stir.  Add toppings and enjoy!
